———— January 1978 Nanjing Branch of China Chemical Machinery, Hardware & Minerals Import & Export Corporation, directly under the Jiangsu Foreign Trade Commission

———— In April 1988, it was renamed as Nanjing Chemical Machinery, Hardware, Minerals Import and Export Corporation, and obtained the right to operate import and export

———— In January 1989, the company was renamed as Nanjing Chemical Machinery Hardware Mineral Import and Export Corporation of Jiangsu Province;

———— In February 1991, it was renamed as Nanjing Machinery, Hardware, Mineral Medicine, Health Products Import and Export Corporation;

———— In June 1994, the company was reorganized into Nanjing Machinery, Hardware, Minerals, Medicines, Health Products Import and Export Co., Ltd., with 80% of state-owned shares and 20% of employee shares;

———— In December 2004, the company underwent a second restructuring. The company was restructured into a limited liability company with 70% of the shares held by the company's management team and 30% of the shares held by the state;

———— In December 2005, the company changed its name to Nanjing Dongpei International Trade Group Co., Ltd.
